At this reception site you will find the most unique historic building located in the heart of downtown Fenton that will compliment your wedding experience. Built in 1938 the Fenton Community & Cultural Center will provide that elegant and intimate experience for all your wedding needs.

The Main Hall has tall ceilings with oak trim and a maple parquet floor. The lighting can be anything from bright and vibrant to dim and romantic what ever is your desired atmosphere. A raised stage is a perfect place for the bridal party, band or DJ. Bring your own caterer.

The Fenton Community & Cultural Center is a totally private facility allowing for only one couples ceremony and reception daily.

Fee: $1,200
Includes set up of :

• Tables (8-ft Tables, 5-ft diameter Round Tables, 6-ft Tables)
• Chairs (200 maximun-White Folding Chairs)
• Bar Area
• Refrigerated Dispenser with tap and CO2 tank
• Coffee System
• Clear Plastic Pitchers
• Trash Bags (Please use our kitchen recycling bin for metal & glass to save on trash costs)

Use of: Portable Dry Bar, preping kitchen, 1-Keg Orator, podium, easels (table & floor), Grand piano-Auditorium only, moveable American Flag, wedding staff (on site of the scheduled wedding date-responsible for on site building issues and removing trash) and wedding coordinator.
Rental Time: 8am-1am (day of wedding date).

FC&CC provides:
Ice (Available for purchase $1.50 per bag)
Vendors for all wedding needs (after scheduling date with FC&CC)
Wedding Coordinator

All cooking & serving items
