Programs Held at the Community Center from the Following Organizations:

Below is a list of programs that are currently held at the Fenton Community & Cultural Center.

IT IS THE POLICY OF THE FENTON COMMUNITY & CULTURAL CENTER TO CANCEL ALL AM ACTIVITIES WHEN FENTON AREA PUBLIC SCHOOLS ARE CLOSED DUE TO INCLEMENT WEATHER.

AMVETS - Please call The Fenton Community Center for Amvet contact information.

Veterans (all branches of service) and their families may meet with AMVET representative with matters relating too: compensation, pension, widow's compensation, education, burial, medical or other VA concerns

Fenton Artist Guild - Established in 1975 to intensify public interest in the visual fine art, and to stimulate creativity and mutual sharing among its members. Open Studio is every Wednesday from 9:30 - 11:30 a.m. Live model sessions are interchanged with still-life set-ups.

La Leche League - An international, nonprofit, nonsectarian organization dedicated to providing education, information, support, and encouragement to women who want to breastfeed. This local group meets the 2nd Monday of every month from 10am through 11:30am.

Senior Fridays - A day for seniors to come to the Community Center, eat lunch play Bingo, play cards, play Bunco and do line dancing. There is something for everyone. Meetings are every Friday of the month.  All seniors 50 and over may participate.

9:30 - 10:30 am Social Time
10:30 - Noon Bingo
Noon - 12:30 pm Lunch
12:30 - 3:30 pm Bunco/Cards
2 - 3:30 pm Line Dancing

Free Lunch for Birthdays 4th Friday

SLCAC - South Lakes Community Arts Council. Meets the first Thursday of the month 6:00-7:30.

Southern Genesee Democratic Club - State, local and national issues are discussed on a regular basis. Objective is to promote political issues. Everyone is welcome.Meetings are the first Wednesday of the month from 7:00-9:00p.m.

Youth Advisory Committee (YAC) - A sub-fund of the Fenton Foundation this group learns about Philanthropy and awards substantial funds to our community to benefit its youth. The group is made up of high school students.
